DAHLIN is known for introducing a comprehensive perspective and approach to the lifecycle of a community. Our current work in the Tahoe/Reno region includes mixed-use community design that will bring desirable housing and commercial uses to the area. We have also been involved in creating custom homes in the Tahoe Donner Community. This work has been led by John Thatch, DAHLIN Senior Vice President of Design Innovation, a champion of new thinking with ideas that create thoughtful, livable and contextually sensitive homes and communities. He and his family have been part of the mountain community in the Tahoe/Reno area for over 25 years with his daughter racing for Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley) and his son a coach. He and his wife also designed and built their family home in the area.
