With the goal of creating permanent public waterfront access and spurring economic development along the Spokane River, the City of Coeur d’Alene purchased waterfront property in 2018 that was formerly the site of Atlas Mill. In partnership with Coeur d’Alene’s urban renewal agency and other local firms, the City then proceeded to plan and develop the site—starting with its vision and creation of Atlas Mill Park, a new 12.5-acre riverfront park.

As part of the Atlas Waterfront Neighborhood plan, the Toll Brothers community of townhomes is part of the second phase of development and sits across from the new public park. Enjoying its riverfront location and the character of the surrounding environment, the townhomes are designed in a contemporary and transitional architectural style with wood and stone materials and accents. Each townhome offers large windows and expansive decks that maximize both outdoor living and majestic river views, offering a south-facing covered front deck or a rooftop deck. Additionally, each of the three floor plan options provide a first-floor bedroom, an open-concept great room on the second floor, and three bedrooms including a spacious primary suite on the third floor.

The exceptional living space of the townhomes is mirrored by plenty of local recreation, from water activities of the surrounding lakes and rivers to hiking and biking trails, ski resorts, and golf. The new riverfront public park also offers residents a swimming beach, fishing pier, kayak launch, playground, picnic spots, and dog park. With Centennial Trail at their doorstep, this 45-mile paved bike and walking path connects residents to both downtown Coeur d’Alene and downtown Spokane, Washington.
