As one of many projects along El Camino Corridor, this mixed-use development supports the Grand Boulevard Initiative vision of planning and investment of people-friendly places to create safe and healthy corridor communities. The auto dealership covers 23,000 square feet of ground floor area with an additional 7,000 square feet of office mezzanine space. A three-level parking structure integrated within the mixed-use building (one subsurface level and two above ground) manages parking for visitors and the storage of vehicles for sale.
Behind and above the auto dealership, is a four-story residential component consisting of 88 large, two-, three- and four-bedroom units, many with an optional den. The podium level features outdoor living amenities, pool and spa across a spacious internal courtyard shared and overlooked by residents. Generous patios and planters provide privacy and a buffer between the common amenity spaces and the podium-level residences. A four-story gym and clubhouse located at the hinge of the plan is a prominent design element separating visitors of the auto dealership with residents entering the project from the secondary side street.
Five four-bedroom, single-family detached homes with walkout basements provide a transition from the mixed-use development with its single-family neighbors behind. A dramatic stairwell and series of landscaped green walls invite these residents to the podium deck where they can share in the common amenities.
