Village Homes engaged DAHLIN to refresh townhome plans from their library to better align with the desires and lifestyles of buyers in this market and provide two new elevation designs that capture the spirit of the River District. The district offers the first truly live, work, play community in the area with an urban feel that celebrates its connection to the river and trails that surround it. DAHLIN designed a modern farmhouse and a contemporary elevation that expands upon the contextually relevant modern aesthetic of the existing mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments.
