DAHLIN collaborated with Village Homes, one of the nine builders contributing to the architectural diversity of the community, to design five alley-loaded plans featuring the regionally historic styles of Texas Vernacular and Tudor Revival as well as two transitional styles for a more modern, contextually appropriate aesthetic. Generously sized plans start at 2,035 square feet and feature large porches and open concept layouts that seamlessly flow into lanais, connecting indoor and outdoor living. One of the plans, 13808 Walsh, offers a single-story layout conducive to aging in place.
The community features several amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool and “lagoon” for fishing and paddle-boating. Next to the fitness center, a makerspace offers youth-oriented programming, such as Legos for young children and robotics for older youths and adults.
