Windsor Pointe provides permanent supportive housing for homeless military veterans. The 50-unit housing development consists of two three-story buildings on two nearby lots on Harding and Oak streets, with units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. In each case, a concrete garage structure supports wood-framed apartments with case management service offices above. The larger of the two sites includes an outdoor courtyard with adjacent indoor amenities.
