Located in the Zhou Pu International Medical Park of Shanghai, Taiping Shenshi offers multiple living care facilities and amenities composed across 23 different buildings in a campus-like setting.
Levels of care facilities cover the full continuum of care from independent to assisted living and skilled nursing and memory care supported by a nucleus of social and fitness activities. Themed as ‘living in the park’, extensive green areas, creeks and lakes, gardens, trails, and plazas complete the community. Social and cultural opportunities are located in the community buildings, which include state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, learning center, library, and classrooms. The southwest corner of the site includes retail and condotel, providing visiting families a convenient place to stay for short or long periods.
Future transit lines will link the community to Shanghai city center, with old and familiar neighborhoods and family throughout the city. The rail connections will also lead to the International Airport, as well as Shanghai Disneyland. This connection allows for a cross pollination of the two with Disney sponsored events in the community, residents acting as Disney hosts and for family visits.
