DAHLIN Group Architecture Planning (DAHLIN), a full-service architecture and planning firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Principal Elizabeth Sabol to the leadership team. Sabol's more than 20 years specializing in educational projects and working closely with K-12 school districts and the DSA deepens the firm's expertise. Through her leadership she successfully guides clients through complex agency processes to obtain approval and funding stewarding districts' vision and goals. Passionate about designing projects that support the development and wellbeing of students, faculty, and the community, she is committed to designing engaging, interactive learning environments with the latest in technology and sustainability. Sabol is based in the firm's San Diego office and will service education clients across all its offices, concentrating on ongoing projects with San Diego Unified School District.

A hands-on leader, Sabol is known for working alongside clients to prepare school board updates, present to school boards, and facilitate district and community planning meetings in either Spanish or English, ensuring the inclusion of the community's voice while achieving project objectives. She is also intentional about leading project teams in establishing rapport and working closely with construction managers to ensure the integrity of the design through to the day of completion under a variety of construction delivery methods, including design build, design-bid-build, CM multi-prime, and Lease Lease-Back. Over the course of her career, she has worked with many K-12 school districts, such as Chula Vista Elementary School District, Carlsbad Unified School District, Escondido Union High School District, Cabrillo Unified School District, and Santa Ana Unified School District, to name a few.
Sabol is a licensed Architect and is accredited by the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED). She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the California Polytechnic University and has completed studies abroad at California State University in Italy and Universidad Anahuac in Mexico.
